can't do without one last post for 2oo6 can we?
internet connection had been like crap for the past few days and what with my re-reading of Harry Potter & the HBP, i didn't really bother to come online. youtubing had also became quite a chore since the videos i wanna watch cannot seem to load properly. grrrr.

anws i met up with some of my uni mates on tuesday, with the initial plan of going settlers blown as it was fully booked that day and obviously we didn't think of making any reservations. so we tried or luck at mindcafe and thank heavens there was still space for the 5 of us. so, braving the heavy downpour and whirling strong wind, we finally made it there a little past 1930hrs(we met at 1800hrs).
the playing session was fun, was fun. and it was even ladies' night! lucky us.

then on wednesday i finally finally went out with xiaohui and xiaoling! the much anticipated "outing". we headed down to bugis since all of us hadn't been there for quite a while already. i had lunch at yoshinoya then we were off to look around for xiaohui's super belated birthday present and also for xiaoling's rather-recent birthday present. in the end we settled on a superman tee for xl and a pair of shorts for xh. i'm sure they were rather pleased with their respective gifts :)

and yesterday i was off to malaysia for my grandfather's 70^th birthday. had buffet and i was super bloated(as usual).
going to have steamboat soon, so early happy 2oo7 peeps!
